Delivery time

To ensure that our partner can charge fair prices for the products, we have chosen to ship the products directly from the supplier to you. This allows for huge savings on warehousing, transportation and packaging costs.

As the products are shipped directly from the supplier, the average delivery time is 5-10 business days after processing your order.

* Due to the current COVID-19 situation, it is possible that your order may arrive a few days later than expected. This is because all post offices and sorting centers are busy.

The supplier pays the shipping costs for each order. All products are delivered 100% free of charge to your home. No minimum order is required.

Rejected packages and non-delivery situations

If the consumer rejects the package at the front door and/or is not at home during the entire delivery period, we charge up to 50% of the purchase price as a restocking fee. This covers all costs for logistics and returning the package.
